Description

Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a Single, Firm-Fixed Price, One-Time Buy w/100% Option Contract as a result of this solicitation.

This solicitation will be competed under full and open competition for the following:

Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) will be provided for the contractor’s use in support of the Buttstock Assembly as follows:

All responsible sources are eligible to submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations must be submitted by the solicitation closing date listed within this solicitation announcement in order to be considered.

NOTE: Given the work environment surrounding COVID-19 pandemic, the Government requests for the proposal received in response to this solicitation to remain valid for a minimum period of 120 calendar days
