Description
The purpose of this amendment (0005) is to provide a revision to the solicitation. Changes are highlighted in green for ease of identification; however, it is the contractor?s responsibility to review the amendment in its entirety for any revisions. The proposal due date remains unchanged. The contractor is to sign the solicitation and all amendments and provide with their proposal. No additional changes apply.
