FTC-OKC FY23 4TH QTR MILK

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Transfer Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, intends to issue solicitation 15B51323Q00000008, for the requirement of QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE- MILK.  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2023-01.  The NAICS code for this requirement is 311511, which contains a size standard of “number of employees” not to exceed 1000 employees for small business concerns.  Offers will be FOB destination, and milk must be delivered (twice per week) for two delivery days per week, Monday thru Friday, excluding Federal holidays, for a 13-week performance period of July 3, 2023 thru September 29, 2023.  Deliveries will be made to Federal Transfer Center, 7410 S. MacArthur Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73169.  The contract type will be firm-fixed price.  The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation based on price.  Payments will be made via Government Purchase Card for awards at or below $10,000.00.  Awards that are over $10,000.00 will be written as purchase orders and payable by EFT.  The solicitation will be made available on or about May 15, 2023, and will be posted to Contract Opportunities that can be found from the following website:  https://sam.gov   Hard copies of this solicitation will not be made available.
