PUBLISHED ON 13 MAY 2022: NEW AMENDMENT AM01 PUBLISHED ON PIEE SOLICITION SYSTEM: SOLICITATION AMENDMENT - 2 DOCUMENTS (AM01 AND ODMD 2022 SORT100 ATTACHMENTED). ATTACHMENTS ARE ALL LOCATED IN THE PIEE SYSTEM. THE LINK IS BELOW.

ONLY USE SOLICITATION NUMBER REFERENCING W9127822B0003 WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR BIDS, NOT THE ID NUMBER W9127822MH04. ONLY REFERENCE AMENDMENTS FROM THE PIEE SOLICITATION SYSTEMS THAT HAS ATTACHED DOCUMENTS WITH A SF30. Changed the Archive Date from 2022/04/29 to 2023/04/29 in the Amendment Details history on the PIEE system. NO CHANGES TO THE SOLICITATION WERE MADETHIS PROJECT IS A STAND-ALONE C TYPE INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) SOLICITATION. The work for Phase 4 of the Mobile Harbor, Alabama Project shall consist of deepening and widening portions of the Middle Bay Channel beginning approximately 2 miles north of Gaillard Island thence southerly to a point approximately 1 mile south of the island.
