Description
Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), on behalf of Program Executive Office, Defense Healthcare Management Systems (PEO DHMS), intends to solicit a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Oracle-Cerner for Anatomic Pathology Laboratory Information System (APLIS) Integration Services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. APLIS integration activities includes the installation and sustainment of all test, training, and production environments, as well as site installations at Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs). These activities also encompass customer support, maintenance of systems and infrastructure at host Military Health System (MHS) Application Access Gateway (MAAG) sites, and quality assurance initiatives to ensure optimal performance. Contractor duties also include change and configuration management of APLIS to ensure continuous support. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Responses to this notice are due 07 January 2025, 1400 EST.
The Period of Performance for this requirement is: 1 year after date of award and a ten (10) month option period.
Basis for contract offer: This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Parts 13,Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Subpart 13.5 and Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
