Description
Procurement was an 8(a) sole source authorized by statute per FAR 19.8, and not synopsized by FAR 5.202(A)(4). However, it is firm fixed price.
Contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, parts and equipment to complete Post-Wide Door Repairs in Buildings 15, 25, 40-4, and 120. All work will be performed in accordance with Statement of Work under Project # 22PW006, which is attached and incorporated. Work to also include Demo and Replacement of Flooring in Building 20 Room 101a.
