COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in
accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this
notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written
solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) The solicitation number and a statement that the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation RFQ).
(iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect
through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-04 dated 06/02/2023.
(iv) A notice regarding any set-aside and the associated NAICS code 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-
Conditioning Contractors and small business size standard $16.5 Million.
(v) A list of line item number may be found in page Section B.1 Schedule of Items.
(vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired may be found in page Section B.1 Schedule
of Items.
(vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point may be found in Section L

SCOPE OF CONTRACT
South Zone HVAC Replacement: Work for this project consists of providing labor and materials to
remove existing heat pumps, propane and oil furnaces, and associated fuel tank, and replace with an
electric forced air heat pump for the Duplex located on the Salmon River Ranger District at the Slate
Creek Administrative Site, the Grangeville Air Center Building located in Grangeville, and a Residence
on the Red River Ranger District located in Elk City, Idaho. This project is for the Nez Perce -
Clearwater National Forests Kamiah, ID.
