Description

The USAFE-AFAFRICA Advisory and Assistance Services (U-A AAS) V contract shall provide technical and analytical services to support and improve policy development, decision making, management, administration, and system operations within the primary users areas of responsibility. AAS support shall fall into one of the following categories: 1) Management, Operational, and Professional Services; 2) Studies, Analyses, and Evaluations; 3) Engineering and Technical Services; and 4) Administrative Support. Outputs shall take the form of information, advice, alternatives, analyses, evaluations, recommendations, training, and day-to-day personnel support needed to complement the Government?s technical expertise to include, but not limited to: Soliciting opinions of program sponsors, management and technical personnel, support organizations, and outside agencies on HQ U-A and combatant command (COCOM); Advising on requirements generation to include functional and performance requirements, incorporating architecture and operational requirements into design, requirements flow-down, and trade studies; Participating in meetings, in-progress reviews, and integrated concept and product teams, working groups and provide briefings; Supporting planning, programming, tracking, and financial execution; Providing information management to include office automation, records management/automation, scheduling functions, and meeting and conference support.
