NOTICE OF INTENT to Award Sole Source – Spare Part proprietary to Koenig & Bauer the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.

The Government intends to award a sole source contract utilizing “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements” IAW FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). Anticipated Date of Performance: one twelve (12) month base and two twelve (12) month option years. See attached statement of work for additional details.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  A written solicitation will not be issued/posted. To be considered, responses MUST be received NO LATER THAN 3:00PM, EASTERN STANDARD TIME, November 17, 2023. Additionally, interested sources must be registered and currently active in the System for Award Management (SAM), found at https://www.sam.gov.
