Description

26 July 2022: The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to incorporate Attachment J-1 - Errata 0003, modify Attachments J-3, J-4, J-10, S-7, and to respond to Pre-Proposal Inquiries. 

Amendment 0003 will include restricted attachments. Potential offeror’s will need to request access via SAM.gov for the updated Attachment J-3 (Execution Milestones and Key Event Dates), and Attachment J-4 (Pricing Workbook).

Attachment J-1 Work Specification Package - Errata 0003, will be made available via DoD SAFE. Please send a written request to Contract Specialists, Derek Shirley and Brian Romano, at derek.s.shirley.civ@us.navy.mil and brian.c.romano.civ@us.navy.mil, and the Contracting Officer, CDR Jon Pagnucco, at jonathan.p.pagnucco.mil@us.navy.mil.

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) issues solicitation N00024-22-R-4403 for the execution of the USS TRIPOLI (LHA 7) FY23 SELECTED RESTRICTED AVAILABILITY (SRA). This availability includes a combination of maintenance, modernization, and repair, and will require a highly capable contractor with substantial facilities, as well as human resources capable of completing, coordinating, and integrating multiple areas of ship maintenance, repair and modernization. This availability is solicited on a coast-wide basis on the West Coast under a single solicitation, and a single contract to complete this availability is expected to be awarded to one contractor. Based on the complexity, magnitude and duration of the requirement, the Governments market research indicates there are not two or more small business concerns capable of competing for these requirements and therefore this procurement will not be set-aside for small business (FAR 19.502-2(b)).This solicitation is issued electronically via SAM.gov. Interested parties must comply with this announcement.

The Government anticipates making a single award in or around December 2022. USS TRIPOLI (LHA 7) FY23 SRA will be approximately 12 months, beginning in March 2023 and completing in March 2024.
