SAVE THE DATE:  3 October 2023

ASA(ALT) is hosting a 1-day Industry Day event @ the Mallette Training Facility

6575 Jayhawk Road, building 6008, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005

We are continuing our Digital Odyssey, underpinned by Digital Transformation, towards equipping and delivering the Army of 2030 and beyond with a comprehensive set of initiatives focused on elevating our people, transforming our solutions, and accelerating our tools with the most technologically advanced capabilities.

We invite you to Industry Day where we will be discussing how the Army will move from Network/Systems focus into a Data Centric Force.  Come and hear how we are embracing Digital Transformation design principles like:

  • Stabilize, simplify, and flatten
  • Low signature
  • Constant iterations (CI/CD)
  • Open, Modular, Interoperable
  • Decouple the current software stacks to enable versatility.  Decoupling transport from hardware, hardware from software, software from data, creating layers of abstraction for future technology plug and play capabilities

This industry day will focus on how the Army will expose our trapped data through a Unified Data Reference Architecture making Army data visible, accessible, understandable, linked, trusted, interoperable and secure (VAULTIS). The Unified Data Reference Architecture is not a thing.  It is a concept, or reference architecture, that provides the right and left boundaries for our PEOs/PMs to conduct trades within for system solutions.  The Unified Data Reference Architecture further defines the Data Ecosystem described in the Decision Driven Data CONOPS

All are welcome! We look forward to seeing you there!

Please reach out to dasades@army.mil to RSVP, more information or any questions

All interested vendors are encouraged to follow this Notice to receive automatic updates and sign-up for the Interested Vendor List (IVL)
