Description
This synopsis is for the purpose of a pre-solicitation notification only. NO SOLICITATION IS ATTACHED. A SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT August 2, 2024.
The General Services Administration has a need for Administrative Support Services at 3 locations with one (1) FTE per location:
Location 1: John W. Bricker Federal Building, 200 North High Street, Columbus Ohio 43215-2416
Location 2: Potter Stewart U.S. Courthouse, 100 East 5th Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202-3905
Location 3: John Weld Peck Federal Building, 550 Main Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202-3905
The contractor shall provide the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to provide administrative support services as described within the Statement of Work.
The performance period for this requirement will be a one-year base with four (4) one-year options. The estimated start date is on or about December 1, 2024.
This procurement is 100% HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 561110 - Office Administrative Services and the business size standard is $12.5M.
This is a negotiated, firm fixed price procurement; there will NOT be a public bid opening. Full details of this requirement and the evaluation factors will be provided in the solicitation package. The solicitation cited above can only be obtained by accessing a secure website known as the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov). SAM is a secure website designed to safeguard sensitive but unclassified (SBU) acquisition information. SAM is fully integrated with other electronic Government initiatives and is available for use by all Federal agencies. Registration in SAM.gov website is required in order to download solicitation documents and is used to validate vendor identity. Contractors not registered in this system will be ineligible to download the solicitation and ineligible for an award
Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring the website for amendment(s) if any to the solicitation. No corrections and/or changes to proposals will be allowed after the proposal submittal due date and time.
Offers will be due on or about August 30, 2024 (the actual date of receipt for proposals will be stated on the solicitation). No public bid opening procedures are applicable for this solicitation.
A pre-proposal conference will be conducted before the proposal due date (actual information will be contained in the solicitation).
