This soliciation replaces previous notice 15M10323QA4700031.

The following Requirement is being solicited as a Small Business Set Aside to certified Small Businesses that are located only within the State of Texas. The following will be posted from July 11 to July 26, 2023 and is an invitation to receive quotes from potential offerors.

Must have an active SAM Entity Registration reflecting a Small Business Certification under NAICS 332312 Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing.

This requirement will be awarded as a Fixed Price Award, all invoices must be submitted to the Government in the Invoice Procssing Platform.

The following factors will be evaluated and are considered equal in the evaluation process.

1. Project Start and End Date.

2. Price

3. Technical Acceptability in being able to meet the materials and specifications as outlined in the Statement of Work and understanding the project requirements, which can be referenced under attachment "Hangar Door SOW.pdf"

Directions to submitting Offerors.

Capability Statements or Brochures must entail the understanding and competency to meet the requirements set forth in the Statement of Work. Questions must be submitted to the Contract Specialist, by email to Greg.Lombardozzi@usdoj.gov and will be accepted up until 2 calendar days of the soliciatin closing date.  24-hour notice required for access to the location for any pre-bid inspection of the location by contacting Assistant Chief Inspector Vinnie Bellino @ 210 845 3554 or Vincent.bellino@usdoj.gov.
This will also apply for any deliveries of materials prior to commencement of work.
