SOURCES SOUGHT - Temporary Housing Units

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for Market Research ONLY to determine the availability of vendors that can provide housing units with cleaning services within a 15-mile radius of McCall, Idaho and has an active SAM.gov profile that can provide multiple housing units during the 1 May through 30 September timeframe each year to house pilots for the fire season.  NO AWARD will be made from this Sources Sought Notice.  NO SOLICITATION OR SCOPE OF WORK IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME, and therefore do NOT request a copy of a solicitation.  Potential offerors having the skills and capabilities necessary to perform the described requirement are invited to provide feedback via email to pamela.brande@usda.gov.  All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition.  We encourage all firms to respond, including but not limited to, HUB Zone, 8(a), SDVOSB, Small and Large Business.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 531110 and the small business size standard is $30M.
