The solicitation close date is hereby extended to 31 OCT 2024. \ The purpose of this amendment is to remove clause WSSTERMHZ07 from solicitation N00383-24-R-T450. \ This solicitation a small business set aside (SBSA) for a spares procurement of a commercial off the shelf (COTS) item for the P8 aircraft. This solicitation will be using competitive procedures. This requirement will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest pricetechnically acceptable (LPTA) submitted via quote. The quotes may be emailed to the below address and must be received by 04:30PMEST on the closing date, listed in block 9 on page 1 of this Standard Form 33. The Government's acceptance of the contractor'sproposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents asdetailed herein. Early and incremental deliveries accepted. \
