The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Management Directorate, Federal Protective Service (FPS) intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the installation and upgrade of a Video Surveillance System (VSS), Network Video Management System (NVMS), fixed/panoramic/PTZ IP cameras, client workstations, control center flat panel monitor, and all additional equipment and appurtenances necessary for a fully functional IP Video Surveillance System (VSS) for the Federal Office Building and Courthouse located in 230 N 1st Avenue, Phoenix, AZ. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 and the size standard is $22 million. The source selection process to be utilized for this acquisition is best value. The submission requirements and evaluation criteria will be defined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Period of Performance is 90 business days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, management, supervision, training, licenses, and permits to provide the services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). No contract award shall be made to any contractor that does not have an active registration in the System for Award Management at such time as the government is prepared to make an award.
NOTE: No site visit is required.
