Description

This is a sources sought. This announcement is in support of market research to determine the feasibility of a Full and Open acquisition and to identify potential sources that can provide the Maintenance and Overhaul of the following item:

NOMENCLATURE: Transmitter, Rate

Input/Output NSN: 6620-01-128-4462

Input/Output P/N: 234PS459-1

ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 25 – Maximum 150 each

Maximum OF 150 each includes quantity of 125 US and a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 25 each.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334514 and the size standard is 750 employees.

The proposed contractual action is a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) maintenance and overhaul contract. The Transmitter, Rate is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Depot Maintenance Requirement (DMWR) DMWR-55-6620-326, Revision Date: 10/15/1990, Change #1 has been identified for this requirement.

This announcement does not restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition strategy. The Government reserves the right to consider acquisition strategies as deemed appropriate.
