Description
The Visual Performance Suite is a proprietary software of Plexus. In spite of voluminous results of the source sought of 06/14/2023, none of the vendors possesses the required experience and know-how of the VPS. By procuring Plexus Scientific Corporation’s services for this task, HHS will utilize their expert resources in custom designed performance systems through its VPS tool. Assessments of the organization to identify human, technical, system, and management resources to achieve the transformation and modernization of the Office of Budget.
