Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network 20 Optical Fabrication Lab (OFL) has an ongoing program to furnish eyeglasses to those veterans that require them and are eligible for assistance. It is the VA s intention to solicit proposals and award a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) on a competitive basis. The OFL currently owns and operates a full Satisloh Digital Surfacing, Finishing, and Anti-Reflective Coatings Lab. This is for Consumables that are compatible with Satisloh Ophthalmic Manufacturing Equipment. This is a small business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2. Will be posted on or about 9/22/2023.
