Traffic Control Equipment Hawaii

Marine Corps Base Hawaii is issuing this Sources Sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify interested parties to support the requirement of procuring traffic control equipment including:

• Rental of message boards: Quantity 6. Specifications: Panel size 126"x76" – 27”x48”; pixels 2.6”; pitch solar; array 150W battery; charger 20 amp output; batteries four (4) 6 volt heavy-duty, deep cycle (GC-2); height 103” (transporting position); height 162" (operating position); weight 2400 lbs. minimum - 2,960 lbs. maximum;
• Rental of traffic signs: Quantity 18. Specifications: 36x36 roll-up signs with compatible stands and cross-bracing to ensure a free-standing traffic sign as required for the roadway and weather conditions of the island;
• Rental of traffic cones: Quantity 5,200. Specifications: 28” tall, orange in color, and with 4”-6” reflective collars;
• Rental of traffic cone signs: Quantity 25. Specifications:  plastic 13”x11” signs that are compatible with 28” tall, orange cones that have 4”-6” reflective collars.

The result of this market research Sources Sought notice will contribute toward determination of the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 532490.  THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This requires for information does not constitute a request for quotes; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
