Description
Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Serbia will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR 13.303, Blanket Purchase Agreements.
The Embassy of the United States in Serbia intends to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for translation services. The Government anticipates this solicitation will result in multiple BPA awards. The total volume of purchases will not exceed $249,000 over a 5-year period per BPA unless the BPA is terminated earlier. The BPA does not obligate any funds. The Government shall be obligated only to the extent of authorized orders actually placed via a properly executed BPA Call. There shall be no guaranteed minimum or maximum order limits established, and no guaranteed amount of expenditures with the vendor. Actual purchases will be made via properly executed BPA Calls. All BPA Calls will be initiated at the time the painting services are needed by a warranted Contracting Officer or a BPA Ordering Authorized Individual. Only warranted Contracting Officers are authorized to initiate and complete a BPA Call greater than $3,500. The BPAs will expire in five (5) years from date of award or when the total purchases reach the BPA limit, whichever occurs first.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide translation services as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
