Description
This requirement was to procure a qualified contractor to perform millwork maintenance to include minor touch up/repairs of scratched or damaged material on a quarterly basis in secure meeting spaces during overnight and weekend hours. The contractor will also perform biennial conference room table top resurfacing in their facility. The period of performance for this award is September 27, 2024 to September 26, 2025 with four, one-year option periods.
