Description

Solicitation for End Item: Aircraft, FA-18, A-D, E-F, G (Growler), NSN 4010-00-222-4494, PR 1000159283, Rope, Wire., Potential QPL sources: Central Wire Industries LLC (CAGE 3Z952), Loos & Co., Inc (CAGE 59157), and Continental Cable LLC (CAGE 9N899).  This is a Small Business Set-Aside; the estimated annual quantity is 64 RL each. The NAICS is 332618.  FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. Delivery Schedule: 61 days ADO.  Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.  The request is for a written proposal.  Please submit offers to email Cynthia.Jones@dla.mil.  OFFERS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.  ELECTRONIC OFFERS ARE ACCEPTABLE.  A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).   The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.  The solicitation issue date is on or about March 7, 2023. The closing date will be on or about March 21, 2023.  If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $850,000, a Subcontracting Plan will be required with the offer.  If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2,000,000, Certified Cost and Pricing Data and a Substantial Plan will be required with the offer in order to receive an award.  Regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM Registration is at HTTP://WWW.SAM.GOV.
