Description:
The Office of Logistics Acquisition Management (OLAM), in accordance with FAR 16.505 (b)(1), intends to provide fair opportunity for award of a Firm Fixed NIH HBCU PEI at 9000 Rockville Pike Bethesda, Maryland.
The period of performance is a Base year (12-months) and four (12- months) option periods. Start of contractor performance (Mobilization) anticipated to be 06 January 2023. The government believes that there are no reasonable sub-contracting opportunities at any of the RESFOR sites.
