Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(i) The solicitation number is W50S6S22Q0015 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
(ii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, Dated 01 May 2022.
(iii) This requirement is not set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 722310 with a $41.5M Size Standard.
(iv) Refer to the attached SF1449 and supplemental attachments for: List of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure, including option(s) as applicable; Place of performance, acceptance and FOB point; Applicable Provisions and Clauses, additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions.

Amendment 0001 - 

Amended PWS has been posted to the attachments section of this RFQ.  Original PWS is superseded.

Amendment 0002 - 

(v) The timeline for questions and requests for site visit have passed.  One site visit with one individual is planned for 4 Jun 2022 at 07:00 A.M AZ time.  No other requests for site visit have been received, thus no subsequent visit is to be provided.

Please refer to the Amendment 0003 SF1449 and PWS for changes.   Previous versions of SF1449 and PWS are superseded.  Vendor submissions will be considered based on the criteria in the document versions in effect at time of RFQ close.  Any offeror desiring to update a previously submitted response must do so prior to the RFQ close.
