Request for GSA Schedule Price Quotation

RFQ Number: MO–22-01

Request Date: April 11, 2022

This is a request for GSA Schedule pricing.

The Office of the Federal Public Defender, Western District of Texas has identified a need to procure office furniture for a new space for our branch located in Midland, Texas. 

                                                                                                                                                    

In order to be considered for the award you must be able to meet all of the requirements. 

General Project Requirements:

  1. Offeror must provide complete delivery and installation services to include: off-loading of items from delivery truck, un-packing of items from boxes, inspection of items for concealed damage, installation of furniture.  *Note: this office is located in a single-story building.
  2. Offeror must remove and discard all packing debris.
  3. All items are to be F.O.B. Destination, withing consignee’s premises
  4. Offeror must provide with their quote proof of liability insurance.
  5. Installation will be during regular business hours.  (8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. CST)
  6. Furniture will be delivered and installed at:

1020 Andrews Hwy.

The following should be included in your proposal:

  1. The attached vendor information sheet, filled out in its entirety.
  2. An itemized price quotation spreadsheet, including per item pricing and total cost extended for quantities specified which includes all hardware needed for assembly. 
  3. All associated freight, delivery, and installation costs.
  4. Include manufacturer specifications, and photos of product lines specified.
  5. A detailed drawing/floorplan of proposed furniture (can be on CAD, which will be sent upon request since unable to attach)

Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror which meets the Federal Public Defender’s technical requirements.  Following the award, delivery and installation of the furniture is desired within 60 days of the date of order.

All offers must be received by 5:00 P.M. CST, Monday, May 2, 2022.  Bids may be submitted via email to angela_kessel@fd.org with a copy going to phillip_reyes@fd.org.
