BREAST & WAIST PLATES- SYNOPSIS

Synopsis of United States Military Academy (USMA) supply requirement to provide 2100 Breast plates & 1860 Waist plates.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Contracting Office, West Point, NY on behalf of the United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point, NY intends to issue a solicitation under solicitation number W911SD-23-Q-0003 on or about 30 December 2022 for a requirement for 2100 Breast plates & 1860 Waist plates for a base plus four (4) year contract for Cadet issue for the Department of Logistics & Readiness Center (LRC) at The United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point, NY. 

This requirement will be a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 339993 Buckles & Buckle parts. The small business size determination will be 750 employees. In order to be eligible for award firms must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM).

Please note that samples shall be required and received by the closing date of the solicitation.

Sample submitted for evaluation shall be ONE (1) BREAST PLATE & ONE (1) WAIST PLATE. Bid Samples are required to meet the DETAILED characteristics in the SPECIFICATION SHEET.
