Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a sole source contract to Raytheon Company, Fullerton, California, for 2023-2024 requirements for Joint Precision Approach and Landing System (JPALS) production for the government of Japan. The contract will procure up to two (2) JPALS units and On Board Repair Parts. This effort is being awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to the provisions of FAR 6.302-4, “International Agreement”.
