Description
The purpose of this Special Notice is to post the Notice of Intent to Sole Source. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes. However, interested contractors may submit a narrative describing their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort via e-mail to 2d Lt Kyuho Lee, Contract Specialist at kyuho.lee.1@us.af.mil no later than 10:00 AM CST on 4 Feb 2022. Capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
