Description
This is a notice of intent to sole source replacement parts for RAWS, CM-300 UHF Receiver, CM-300 Transmitter and CM-350 VDX Transceiver. The Government intends to sole source this requirement to ACG Systems Inc, in accordance to FAR part 6.305.
The sole manufacturer of the CM-300/350 radios is General Dynamics Mission Systems and ACG Systems Inc is the sole distributor through GSA Advantage. Digital radios CM-300 UDT (V2), CM-300 UDR (V2) and CM-350 VDX (V2) systems are in use by the 71 FTW for Air Traffic Control. These radios were installed this past summer during a USAF POM project. This purchase is to supply much needed spare radios that were not included in the installation project.
