General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Delineated Area:
Starting at the intersection of 58th Avenue and Highway 93, south on Highway 93, continuing onto 6th Avenue to C470. At C470 and Highway 285, head east to Highway 391/Kipling Street, then north on Highway 391/Kipling Street to I70, then west on I70 to Highway 58, continuing west on Highway 58 to McIntyre Street, then north on McIntyre Street to West 58th Avenue and ending at Highway 93.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
