Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for Relief Valve Bench Tester.  The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).

Network Attached Storage Device with the following specifications:

      1. Must include all equipment and accessories required for on-site testing of safety relief valves

    1. Compressed air 40 SCFM at 125psi (minimum)
    2. Utility water at 40psi (minimum)
  4. Performance:
    1. Adjustable test pressure of up to 500psi
    2. Valve size coverage from 0.5” to 8”
    3. Capability to test both conventional and safety relief valves
    4. Compatible with water and oil system valves. Two system will be purchased to avoid cross contamination (1 system for oil valves, 1 system for water valves)

    1. Include data acquisition and analysis system with HMI to control and monitor data
  6. On-site Training:
    1. Provide on-site training to include system use and maintenance
  7. Warranty/Customer Support
