Description
The US Forest Service WO-PPS Job Corps Support Branch has requirement for Medical Services for the Mingo Job Corps Center; Puxico, MO. The required services include Physician Services and/or Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Services. The complete solicitation package will be attached and made available only through the Sam.gov website at https://sam.gov/ on or around November 23, 2022. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the Sam.gov website. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on the Sam.gov website. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from this site to update files.
This requirement is being solicited under FAR 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as authorized by FAR 13.000, with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. One (1) award will be made, in accordance with the acquisition procedures established in 13.106-2 (b).
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Quoter whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
