Description
This is a combined sysnopsis/soliucitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 and subpart 13.5 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, qoutations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z08024QPBPL0004 is issued as a Request for Qoutation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-01 effective 14 November 2023; Department of Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR) effective 21 July 2023; Homeland Security Acquisition Manual (HSAM) 2024-01 effective 30 November 2023; Coast Guard Acquisition Procedures (CGAP) 2023-01 effective 08 May 2023.
It is anticipated that one (1) firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation.
