***The purpose of this amendment under the Ship to Shore Ship to Shore Connector (SSC) Operations Training Family of Trainer?s (FOT) and Curriculum effort is to provide a response to industry questions. See Attachment L-5 Solicitation Question and Answer (2) (Updated with Amendment 0002) within Section J. In addition, there is an update to Section B.3 Option Table***The attached documentation is for procurement of Ship to Shore Connector (SSC) Operations Training Family of Trainer?s (FOT) and Curriculum. This will be procured as a TSC IV Small Business set aside. TSC IV Small Business awardees may provide comments or questions regarding the solicitation no later than 11:00am 17 April 2023. The Government reserves the right not to respond to any questions concerning this solicitation received after the time frame specified above. Accordingly, Offerors are encouraged to carefully review all solicitation requirements and submit questions to the Government early in the proposal preparation cycle. NOTE: Any interested party who would like to obtain copies of the Attachments associated with this RFP should contact the Contract Specialist, Mrs. Reshanda Walker at reshanda.walker@navy.mil. Interested parties will need to provide the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement and a copy of your Joint Certification Program (JCP) DD Form 2345 to receive the data. Export Controlled Data (Attachment L-8) will be provided via an encrypted, password protected zip file via DoD SAFE. The data custodian listed on the DD Form 2345 will be the only person provided the password for the export-controlled data zip file.
