**Q&A Posted and Amended Document**
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is HM047621Q0027 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-01.
This RFQ is issued as a full an open competition under the NAICS code 611430, Professional and Management Development Training, with a size standard of $12M.
A description of the required services can be found in the attached SOW as well as the quantities for each year.
FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors - Commercial, and FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation – Commercial Items, apply to this RFQ. Evaluation criteria and additional clauses are in the attached RFQ.
Please include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 – Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items with your offer.
FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders – Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The additional FAR, DFAR and NARI clauses area included in the attached RFQ.
Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted in writing via email to Tamara George, Contract Specialist, at Tamara.S.George@nga.mil, and Laura Nachison Contracting Officer at Laura.C.Nachison @nga.mil no later than 12:00 PM EST on December 28, 2021. The Government will make every effort to provide responses prior to the quotation due date.
Quotations shall be submitted no later than 12:00 PM EST on January 12, 2022 via email to Tamara George, Contract Specialist, at Tamara.S.George@nga.mil, and Laura Nachison, Contracting Officer, at Laura.C.Nachison@nga.mil.
Vendors are reminded that they shall have an active registration in the System for Award Management to be considered for award. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical capability of the offer to meet the Government requirement and Price.
