Description
This procurement is sole sourced to: SPECTRO Analytical Instruments Inc., Wilmington, MA 01887
ANY ORGANIZATION WHICH BELIEVES ITSELF TO BE IN POSSESSION OF THESE CAPABILITIES CAN PROVIDE WRITTEN EVIDENCE TO THIS EFFECT TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AND MAY BE CONSIDERED FOR FUTURE PROCUREMENT ACTIONS.
The contract shall cover the cost of providing all things necessary to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and calibration verification for the Government owned SPECTRO Analytical Instruments, Inc machines listed in the attached statement of work, including travel, labor, and PM Parts/Kits to perform PM and calibration verification. Preventive Maintenance (PM) shall be performed by Contractor personnel that are experienced and highly trained in operating, maintaining, and servicing the equipment in accordance with the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) published procedures. The period of the contract shall be no less than 1 year after the date of award with two (2) option years for a total of 3 years.
