Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is to answer more questions submitted by potential offerors.

Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions submitted by potential offerors. As a result of those questions, the Statement of Work has also been replaced and refined.

This is a FAR 13 competition.
The Library of Congress (Library) requires support for the safe crating and transportation of an aluminum, glass-covered encasement
and its supporting structure from the NW Pavilion on the second floor of the Library of Congress Jefferson Building (101
Independence Ave SE, Washington, DC 20543) to the Library of Congress Cabin Branch storage facility (1505 Cabin Branch Drive,
Hyattsville, MD 20785, USA).
The job requires the use of rigging, a crane, and a transportation.
A site visit for the job is also planned.
