Additional Requirements:USGS Water Science Center Configuration of Space: All
office and related space must be located on 1st floor(s) and be
in one contiguous block. The warehouse must be accessible to
vehicles at ground level. The Center has 9 trucks, 1 boat with
a carport, 1 small trailer, 1 shed, and miscellaneous items
being stored in the ware yard. Operating hours: 7 AM to 5
PM. The Center would prefer to have cleaning done during
working hours, with a preference towards the end of the
business day. With the current lease the Center has 25
reserved parking spaces that are reserved surface/outside
spaces for the exclusive use of the Government. This need
has not changed. If a succeeding lease is approved the Center
would like a bottle filler attachment on the water fountainOffered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
