Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State:  Idaho

City Limits of Chubbuck and Pocatello

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,759

Additional Requirements:

1. Secured Parking: Parking area large enough for a truck with a trailer to turn around or pull through.

2. Included in the 10 total secured parking space requirements are 13 standard size vehicles and 7 large vehicles/trailers.

3. Warehouse: 1,000-1,200 sq. ft. of the total ABOA will be warehouse space:

  • Ceiling Height: Minimum 12'

  • Ability to have one large rolling door minimum 12'H x 10'W and two smaller rolling doors minimum 10'H x 10'W

4. The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 1 and other security requirements determined by GSA.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
