Description:
The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support has a requirement for the supply of Japanese Encephalitis Virus Vaccine, Purified, Inactivated, Single-Dose Prefilled Syringe (JEV). JEV shall be made in accordance with MPID Number 4 dated 30 January 2020, which is attached to this notice.
The Solicitation will be issued under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source.
The Government intends to use Part 12 for this acquisition – per FAR 10.002(d)(2).
The proposed contract will be a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract. The contract will consist of a one-year base term. The minimum quantity is 200,060 EA. The estimated quantity is 208,320 EA. The maximum quantity is 300,300 EA.
