Material Specification for sale:
Truck load
1. 7 Boxes/Pallets of Fire Extinguishers, in 1 truckload to be sold in 1 Lot.
2. Palletized in a 36”x 36”x36” box with a poly liner atop a standard pallet.
3. Lot, weight gross - Extinguishers/pallets – 9,391 pounds (approximate).
4. Lot, weight net – Extinguishers – 9,041 pounds (approximate).
5. Material to be picked up at Camp Ripley USPFO Warehouse. Truck must be loadable with forklift, either side-load or drive on load (no hopper trucks)

Financial Terms
1. Purchaser shall pay all freight costs.
2. Camp Ripley USPFO Warehouse Staff will load material on purchaser's truck at no cost.
3. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping losses.
4. Any discrepancies must be resolved within 10 days of pickup.
5. Payment is due to USPFO within 10 after pickup.
6. Certified Check/Money Order shall be made payable to “US Treasury” and sent to the following address:

7. Acceptable forms of payment are certified check or money order only. Bids are due by 11:00 a.m. CST on Monday, 8 DEC 2022. Bids may be delivered in person, emailed or mailed to United States Property & Fiscal Office, Attn: Sandi Freeman, 15000 Hwy 115, Bldg 15-2, Little Falls, MN 56345-4173.
