Description
The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for preventative maintenance and emergency repair of 12 generators for the Eastern Ecological Science Center at the Patuxent Research Refuge Gabrielson Lab located in Laurel, Maryland. The period of performance is 08/01/2023 to 07/31/2024. There for 4 option years.
RFQ 140G0123Q0083 will be issued on 06/30/2023 with written quotes due on 07/12/2023.
Vendors are encouraged to read Instructions to Offerors in the clause document for items to submit with proposals.
Site visits are on an appointment basis only. Offerors are invited to inspect the facility by emailing Chuck Wicks at cewicks@usgs.gov, copying the CO Jenna Dunning at jmdunning@usgs.gov for an appointment.
The NAICS code is 811310. The size standard is $8 Million. This RFQ is unrestricted.
The anticipated award date of the contract is 07/21/2023. System for Award Management (SAM.gov) registration is required in accordance with FAR 52.204-7.
All responsible sources may submit a bid or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Responses may be emailed to Susan Ruggles at sruggles@usgs.gov and Jenna Dunning at jmdunning@usgs.gov.
