Description

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), 100 F Street, NE, Washington, DC 20549, intends to procure a subscription to selected journals published by the University of Oxford Press in the areas of economics, business and finance.  Attachment  1 provides the SEC’s Requirements List.  The SEC is requesting a Base Period of 12 months and two Option Periods of 12 months each. 

Companies responding to this solicitation shall confirm that they meet all technical requirements listed in Attachment 1 and provide a firm fixed price quote for the Base Period and two Option Periods.   The firm fixed price quote shall be inclusive of all fees.  Responses must be emailed to Jeremy Garrett (GarrettJ@sec.gov) by the response deadline of this solicitation.    

The SEC intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror.   

NOTE: All offerors must have active registration in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) in order to submit a quote for this procurement.   

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 519210 and the Small Business size standard is $21,000,000.   This solicitation is issued as a Total Small Business Set-aside.
