Description
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Joint Base Lewis -McChord (JBLM), Washington has a requirement for a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for JBLM Recycling Services in support of the United States Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at JBLM to include the areas of JBLM-Main, JBLM-North, and JBLM-McChord Field.
Services include the Contractor, partnering with the installation, determining and utilizing the most cost effective Recycle Management services, emphasizing innovation and commercial best practices, to maximize recycling while receiving the maximum revenue possible for the recyclable materials collected.
The term of the contract will consist of a 12-month base performance period, and two (2) 12-month option periods, commencing on or about 1 November 2022.
The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562111, Solid Waste Collection; the Small Business Administration size standard is $41.5M.
No paper copies of the solicitation will be distributed; the solicitation and applicable attachments and technical exhibits will only be available via the Contract Opportunities section of the SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov/. The solicitation will provide site visit/pre-proposal conference information if needed.
