Description
Please see attached PDF for more specific information including the below:
a. Contractor support services include: program management, training execution, systems engineering, testing, software engineering, integration, information assurance, security, cyber-security, system safety, quality assurance, and configuration management.
b. Contractor support requirements include: repair and return activities, command center support, training, engineering field support, FSRs, logistics product updates (to include but not limited to: Interactive Electronic Technical Publication (IETP), Repair Part Special Tools List (RPSTL) updates, and training material updates).
c. The contractor shall maintain system operational availability (Ao) of 95%.
Satisfying Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements demands in-depth knowledge of the systems technical performance requirements, software requirements, configuration requirements, components, performance characteristics, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair procedures. Possession of the requisite knowledge in the system’s technical and performance characteristics, system operation, software, maintenance and repair, and how to train and instruct soldiers in the operation and maintenance of the system is critical to accomplishing the Government’s test and other program missions for the SAU/TPQ-53 efforts. Access to classified information will be required.
