Description
This is a sole source, non-commercial, supply effort. The 402 Software Engineering Group (SWEG) at Robins Air Force Base requires the purchase of One (1) F-15 EX Programmable Armament Control Set (PACS) End User License Agreement (EULA). The acquisition of the PACS EULA will allow the 402 SWEG to perform a full PACS Problem Report (PR) analysis and capability/interface updates on the 170/180 Boot and Executable layer source code for the F-15 Program Office.
