Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Office requests goods and services under the General Services Administration (GSA) Reimbursable Services Program to support the testing of a replacement for the Leidos RPM-8/SRPM-210 Radiation Portal Monitors (RPM) currently deployed at Land Port of Entry (LPOE) located in Eagle Pass, TX.
The replacement portal installation scope consists of exterior work and interior work that includes the following: contractor mobilization; assembly and installation of the replacement RPMs; installation of associated power, data, and fiber optic cables/conduits; and connection to network infrastructure. Following commissioning of the new RPMs by Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), the contractor will demobilize and close out the project.
