Description

The purpose of this project is to procure and install a 3-phase Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system for the data center located in Building 39. The UPS will serve as a critical component to ensure conditioned and continuous power supply, safeguarding the data center’s IT equipment during power disruptions.

This acquisition uses a Statement of Objectives outlining the Government's objectives for the system replacement and quoters are requested to submit a Statement of Work detailing their quoted solution and installation methods with their quote. A site visit has been scheduled for 4 September 2024 at 10:00am local. See instructions to quoters starting on page 29 for more information and how to register for the site visit.

Note: The pre-solicitation synopsis to this solicitation was posted under Notice ID: W50S8K24QA003.

Update 5 September 2024: It has been confirmed the building has single-phase power. This will be corrected in the SOO in a future amendment with responses to vendor questions. Pictures of the facility taken after the site visit have been added to attachments. These pictures are for informational purposes only and do not change the terms of the solicitation.
