Description

This requirement is for the Contractor to Supply 300  pieces of MDO Fir Exterior Plywood 1 side, 1 step grade size 

4FT x 8FT x 1/2.

Delivery is the FULL Quanity requested 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY OF AWARD

Vendors are to be registered and current in SAMS. GOV with UEI. 

Federal Acquistion Regulations Clauses are included and applicable. 

Please fill out blocks 17a thru 31c on Standard Form 1449 if you will be submitting quote. 

All applicable paperwork is Attached to this solicitation.
